Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Sochan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Gather a bunch of Sochan.
  • Tear off stems and rinse in water thoroughly.
  • Boil in water for 15-20 minutes.
  • Rinse in cold water.
  • Add oil to pan and simmer on low heat, stirring frequently for 15-20 minutes.
  • Add salt to taste.
