- 1 bunch Sochan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Gather a bunch of Sochan.
- Tear off stems and rinse in water thoroughly.
- Boil in water for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse in cold water.
- Add oil to pan and simmer on low heat, stirring frequently for 15-20 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
