Welcome to our first episode of Cherokee Kitchen. In collaboration with Cherokee Choices and EBCI Public Health & Human Services Division we will be filming a cooking series of healthy recipes. In this episode, we will be using onion, garlic, jalapeño pepper, lime, avocado, low-fat sour cream, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, coriander, white corn, great northern white beans, and a rotisserie chicken to make white chicken chili.
