Instructions
Gather a bunch of Sochan.
Tear off stems and rinse in water thoroughly.
Boil in water for 15-20 minutes.
Rinse in cold water.
Add oil to pan and simmer on low heat, stirring frequently for 15-20 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
