Sautéed Dandelion Greens

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fresh dandelion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry dandelion greens.
  • Heat oil in pan, add garlic, and sauté briefly.
  • Add dandelion greens, sauté for 2-3 min until wilted.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
