Sautéed Dandelion Greens

Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh dandelion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and dry dandelion greens.
- Heat oil in pan, add garlic, and sauté briefly.
- Add dandelion greens, sauté for 2-3 min until wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
