Lemon Blueberry Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 lemons juice & zest
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Grease bundt pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture with sour cream to large bowl of creamed sugar until just combined.
- Toss blueberries in flour to coat. Fold in the blueberries, zest, and juice until combined.
