Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 lemons juice & zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Grease bundt pan and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs.
  • Alternate adding the flour mixture with sour cream to large bowl of creamed sugar until just combined.
  • Toss blueberries in flour to coat. Fold in the blueberries, zest, and juice until combined.
