Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

  • lb Brussel sprouts fresh, trimmed, and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil and set aside.
  • Combine Brussel sprouts and olive oil until fully coasted. Add parmesan, salt and pepper until evenly coasted. Can use a zip lock bag.
  • Spread evenly onto baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the Brussel sprouts are lightly browned.
