Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1½ lb Brussel sprouts fresh, trimmed, and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil and set aside.
- Combine Brussel sprouts and olive oil until fully coasted. Add parmesan, salt and pepper until evenly coasted. Can use a zip lock bag.
- Spread evenly onto baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the Brussel sprouts are lightly browned.
