Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

Brussel sprouts
fresh, trimmed, and halved

olive oil

cup
parmesan cheese

tsp
salt

tsp
pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil and set aside.
Combine Brussel sprouts and olive oil until fully coasted. Add parmesan, salt and pepper until evenly coasted. Can use a zip lock bag.
Spread evenly onto baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the Brussel sprouts are lightly browned.
