Name: String Bean Chicken
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless, cut against the grain into ¼-inch thick slices); 2 cups fresh green beans (washed and trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces); 1 medium white onion (chopped into 1-inch wedges); 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 2 tbsp soy sauce; 1½ tbsp Mirin (or Shaoxing wine, or cooking wine); 2 tsp cornstarch; ½ tsp brown sugar; 1/4 cup chicken stock or water; 1 tbsp oyster sauce; 3 tsp low sodium soy sauce; 1½ tsp brown sugar; 1 tsp cornstarch; 1 tsp rice vinegar; 1 tsp sesame oil; 3 cloves garlic (minced); 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
