Ingredients: 3 cups chicken (canned, rotisserie, or grilled, chopped and chilled); ⅔ cups mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt; 1 tbsp Dijon mustard; ½ lemon (juiced); ⅓ cup green onion (chopped); ¾ cup seedless cucumber (peeled and diced); ½ cup celery (chopped); ¼ cup fresh herb of your choice (dill, parsley, basil, chopped); ½ cup purple grapes (halved); 1 tsp salt; ¼ tsp pepper
