Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chicken canned, rotisserie, or grilled, chopped and chilled
  • cups mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • cup green onion chopped
  • ¾ cup seedless cucumber peeled and diced
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh herb of your choice dill, parsley, basil, chopped
  • ½ cup purple grapes halved
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients into a bowl and chill for 1 hr before serving.
