Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup maple syrup or ⅔ cup brown or white sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup raisins
- non-stick cooking spray
- ½ cup quick oats topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Next, add the wet ingredients. Stir until mixed.
- Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Fill each cup about ¾ full.
- Sprinkle about 1 tsp of oats on the top pf each muffin.
- Bake for 20-25 min.
- Muffins can be served warm or cool.
