Yummy Berry Oatmeal is a convenient, quick and easy way to make oatmeal in the morning without all the mess or time involved in traditional stove-top oatmeal. Use frozen fruit or substitute for fresh fruit if you have it on hand. (You can also up the fiber and add some omega 3’s by tossing flax seeds into the mix, if you have them.)
