Instructions
Mix the salt, pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl.
Add the chuck roast to the bowl and coat evenly with mixture.
Add the beef broth, onion, and garlic to a slow cooker.
Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hrs or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
Serve the chuck roast hot with sides and toppings.
