Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion minced

Instructions
 

  • Mix the salt, pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl.
  • Add the chuck roast to the bowl and coat evenly with mixture.
  • Add the beef broth, onion, and garlic to a slow cooker.
  • Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hrs or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
  • Serve the chuck roast hot with sides and toppings.
