maple syrup
or ⅔ cup brown or white sugar

raisins
non-stick cooking spray

cup
quick oats

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Next, add the wet ingredients. Stir until mixed.
Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Fill each cup about ¾ full.
Sprinkle about 1 tsp of oats on the top pf each muffin.
Bake for 20-25 min.
Muffins can be served warm or cool.
