Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ cup maple syrup or ⅔ cup brown or white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup raisins
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • ½ cup quick oats topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Next, add the wet ingredients. Stir until mixed.
  • Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Fill each cup about ¾ full.
  • Sprinkle about 1 tsp of oats on the top pf each muffin.
  • Bake for 20-25 min.
  • Muffins can be served warm or cool.
